Our safety promise
Hello Help will never:
- call you out of the blue to say your computer has a virus
- ask you to pay with gift cards, crypto or a wire transfer

- look at your screen without asking you first

You can call for them, join the call from wherever you are, or book a home visit on their behalf.
Questions
Do I need to know much about computers?
No. Tell us what you see on the screen and we take it from there.
Can you see my screen without me knowing?
No. You have to say yes each time, you see everything we do, and you can stop it at any moment.
Where do you work?
Phone and screen help work anywhere in the world. Home visits are in Greater Vancouver for now.
